Nourish the Body, Nourish the Soul

Designed to teach Hawaiian style applique on the machine, the blocks range from easier (taro and pineapple--the nourish the body) to intricate (plumeria and bird of paradise--which nourish the soul's need for beauty).  Each block finishes at about 18-19 inches depending on how much you trim.
